Before signing the inspection agreement please let me know if there is a pool, hot tub, wood burning fireplace or wood stove that you would also like inspected unless you already discussed this with me it will not be in the contract.
If the building was built prior to 1990 a sewer scope is a prudent way to protect yourself from unexpected costs from sewer line problems. For new homes under 1 years of age some people also have a sewer scope inspection to make sure there is no back fill damage to the line or other problems while it is still under warranty.
If you would like a sewer scope to be included in the inspection please let me know as there is an additional contract you will need to sign.
