Home Inspection Pricing in Niagara Region & Hamilton

Detached/Semi-Detached Home under 1200 sq ft: Starting at $450

Sewer scope inspection add $180

Sewer scope without home inspection $300

WETT inspection at the same time as home inspection add $300 per unit.

WETT inspection on its own. $400

Pool or Hot tub inspection Starting at $100

Crawlspace Inspection Pricing – Additional $150

An additional $150 fee applies where the home contains a traditional crawlspace requiring entry and crawling where the crawlspace does not have a poured concrete floor. This includes earth, gravel, plastic-covered, and encapsulated crawlspaces.

These crawlspaces are most commonly found in older homes and require additional inspection time, protective equipment, and more difficult working conditions.

This fee generally does not apply to crawlspaces with a poured concrete floor and reasonable access.

Crawlspace entry is always subject to accessibility and safe conditions at the time of inspection.
