Pre-Purchase (Buyer’s) Inspections ( I am buying a home)
Please note for new homes we can typically complete a home inspection while you are doing the Pre Delivery Inspection with the builder in most cases however Empire Homes specifically will not permit independent inspectors to conduct inspections while the home is still in the builders name. If you are dealing with a new Empire home you will need to book the home inspection after you take possession.
